Bosu Ball

So, I just received my Bosu Ball last week! I go to a personal trainer once a week and she likes to torture me on the ball almost every week, so I decided it would be a good investment. I just love how you can do EVERYTHING on the Bosu Ball, not just primarily abs like the regular balance balls that you can get from Wal-Mart.

Now I can get better at my balance without having to go to the gym to use their Bosu Ball! My daughter likes to play on it too and it seems to be helping with her balance as well. Since she is two and a half she needs all the extra balance possible! I found this example of all of the different things you can do with the Bosu Ball. I've done all of these things with my personal trainer, they are fun and challenging at the same time.

The Sunchaser Cedar Playset | Swing

The Sunchaser Cedar Playset by Adventure Playsets is a lot of playground equipment in a compact structure. It fits in small backyards and is compartively cheap. It costs half the price of many larger sets with similar features. The Sunchaser, made of cedar, has equipment often found only on big playsets, including a rock wall ladder, picnic table, and bright awnings. There's also a slide, a trapeze bar and two swings.

Give your kids the opportunity for outdoor adventures all summer long with the Adventure Playsets Sunchaser. This play set features a variety of activities sure to keep your kids to busy and entertained for hours on end.

We received the
Sunchaser Cedar Playset on a Monday with plans to put it together on a Wednesday. Come Wednesday we prepared to put it together at about nine. I cannot stress to you how important it is to prepare and to plan ahead for this process; it will be so much easier if you do. (Learn from our mistake) First get all your tools ready and start to sort out all the parts. It is very critical that you sort the parts and label them before hand. This does not take anything more than a permanent marker, chalk, and some plastic party cups. First open the hardware bags and pour them into the cups labeling them with the marker as you go. Then spread out all of the wood parts in the grass and label them with the chalk (this may take a while but is SO WORTH IT). You will have to measure them with a tape measure to be sure you are marking the right ones. After that follow the directions to the letter and you will have a great experience.

Our experience was not without some hiccups. The place where we wanted to put the set was not perfectly level so we had to dig out a little after the fort was built so that it was stable (took like 30 minutes). We were shorted some parts, and I went online to see how the experience would be for ordering parts like they recommend. I order the parts after the easy registration process on Wednesday night. They were sent out to me on Thursday morning by FedEx without a question. I got them on Saturday and put them on and it is perfect.

I would recommend the
Sunchaser Cedar Playset to anyone wanting a low cost play set with a lot of features. It is a process to put together. It took my husband and his brother approximately nine hours to put it together from opening the box to swinging on it, but after talking to his brother (who has a 1600$ playset) it was MUCH easier to put together than his! After all is said and done they delivered on their promise, and I would buy this product again and suggest it to all of my friends!
